Servicing during rental season-:

If the property is let on a regular basis

Pre-rental service (prepare property for guests including):

• Clean kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces

• Check inventory

• Air property
• Check all lights and replace bulbs as necessary.
• Switch on fridge, heating and water as required.

• Make up beds
• Keys made ready for guest pick up from Rivendell Office

Prices:

Post / between rental service -

·       Keys dropped off at the office by guests on departure

·       Check inventory

·       Report any damage and contact client to enable them to return deposit

·       Air property

·       Clean kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces

·       Clean fridge (remove any provisions)

·       Collect and dispose of rubbish

·       Launder all sheet, towels and tea towels and return to property. (Clients to provide two sets of bed sheets towels and tea towels).

·       Turn off heating, water, fridge if there is not another rental and directed to do so by client.*
