The church cottage is a really lovely property in the village of Gredishte, a small village 15km from Sevlievo. Gredishte is one of the prettiest villages in this area and whilst providing countryside which is beautiful and tranquil, it is only a 1h 40min drive to the nearest airport in Sofia. The houses in this village all offer amazing views into the Balkan mountain range.

This property is in good structural condition however, requires renovation. It offers two rooms down stairs with a wide, light hall. These could be easily configured to make a large kitchen/diner and sitting room. Upstairs there are three rooms and enough space to install a family bathroom.
