Shipochen has great access being only a 45 minute drive from Sofia, 6kms from the town of  Samokov and 14kms from Borovets. Shipochen is a realatively unspoilt village and has a river running down the middle with houses either side giving it a very mediterranian feel. There is also a lovely old church in the middle of the villaged which has been recently refurbished.

The villa is a prefabricated building with two rooms. The property is really just the land, but a benefit of having and existing building is that another building of the same proportions can be errected without the need for planning permission.
