Govedartsi is now a hugely popular village for Bulgarian and overseas investors alike. Govedartsi is an hours drive from Sofia and 14kms from the town of Samokov. Govedartsi already has its own ski piste and is close to the largely Bulgarian ski resort of Maliovitsa.
