Shipochen has excellent access for the airport at Sofia which is only a 45 minute drive and the town of Samokov is only 6kms away. Shipochen is also only 14kms from the resort of Borovets. Unlike many of the villages surrounding Borovets Shipochen is pretty unspoilt and hass not been 'invaded' by investors. It is a small living and working village so there are not many availible properties.
